Mr Dewandré Fritz

A former learner at Blackheath High School, where he served on the student council for years. Mr. Fritz, as young as he may be has been involved in various community outreach programmes. We remember a time when Dewandre and an acquaintance started a campaign that helped unfortunate matric learners have a beautiful farewell.

Furthermore, he has reached out to other organizations that assist families in need especially those who have suffered from house burns, etc. His involvement with other NPOs who served in schools and other groups provided solid guidance to the establishment of his foundation.

He is a proud member of the Eersteriver community and has a mandate to serve and bring change in lives. When asked why he has founded The Dewandré Fritz Foundation, he answered :

'' To bring about change in our communities, that was the main reason why I established TDFF. I saw young people walking around in the Eersterivier area, without a clear vision for their futures, so I knew I had to break this mentality."

He further added that "through this organisation, I want to see a more educated, developed and safer Eersterivier, I want to see our young people leading at the forefront, and taking our community to greater heights "

Mr. Fritz fills the CEO position and is the Programme Coordinator (PCO) for the ESSE program and CCD scheme.
